Deliveries within Estonia

Shipping within Estonia usually takes about 2-3 business days

Items within Estonia are shipped using Itella SmartPOST parcel service

International Deliveries

European and United Kingdom delivery usually takes up to 2 week.
Shipments to the United States may take up to 2-4 weeks.

For international shipping the items are delivered using OMNIVA registered mail service.

All orders domestic and international are trackable excluding shipments to the USA, once the package reaches US the order is not trackable. Customer must upgrade to EMS shipment to receive tracking throughout the journey of the package.


Rush orders are available and are subject to additional shipping cost. Just contact us at info@katriin.com.

Please note: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. We are not liable for any delays due to customs.


In case the customer wants to withdraw from the order before order is fulfilled, the customer is obliged to notify by Katriin immediately in written form to email info@katriin.com, providing the order number, date and customer’s contact. If the e-mail of withdrawal reaches by Katriin after the order has been fulfilled the item(s) can be returned according to the terms mentioned below.


In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return any item(s), excluding bespoke orders and gift cards, within 14 days (unless agreed otherwise) of receiving it in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item(s), excluding shipping cost. All items should be unworn and unused and include all necessary documentation. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as used in the original purchase. Returns expenses are your responsibility diLusso Ltd does not refund the cost of return shipping costs, additional duties, taxes and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note: All customised bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

All return and re-shipping charges are the customer’s liability, except in the case of a faulty item(s). Please consider with longer delivery times during busy times of the year.

Please note that for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.
